As Director of Sales, Gabriel leads Carton Craft Supply's sales team with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and solving real production challenges. With 10 years of packaging industry experience, he brings deep expertise in die cutting and creasing consumables, particularly creasing matrix for corrugated and folding carton.

From troubleshooting cracking and crease quality to improving make-ready and quality control, Gabriel helps customers find practical solutions that deliver consistent results. He brings that same approach to his leadership — giving the sales team the knowledge and support to be trusted resources for their customers, not just suppliers.

Abbie has been a key leader behind the customer experience. With nearly two decades of experience, she knows our customers, their ordering history, and the details that keep orders moving smoothly from quote to delivery. Abbie leads by solving problems and making sure customers get clear answers when they need them. From quotes and order status to product questions, returns, and flexible dies, she brings deep knowledge of both our products and our customers to every interaction. When something needs to get done, Abbie knows who to call, what to check, and how to keep it moving.
